📦 Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

🇺🇸 Shipping Within the U.S.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

• 🕒 Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• 🚀 Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available at checkout)

• 🏠 Delivery is made to your doorstep or curbside for large items (e.g., car lifts, trailers).

💵 Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping may be free on select products or promotions.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown during checkout.

• Some oversized or heavy items may incur an additional freight fee, clearly stated on the product page.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

❗ Freight Shipping (Heavy Equipment)

• Products like car lifts and trailers are shipped via LTL freight carriers.

• A valid phone number is required so the carrier can schedule your delivery.

• You must inspect your item upon delivery and note any damage before signing.

📝 Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can also track your order through your ToolPan.shop account or via the carrier’s website.
